After promotion from Division 2 in 2007. Harwell consolidated their place in Division 1 with a top 5 finish in the 2007/08 season. Another improving season has followed with a top 4 finish and a semi final apperance.

Yes - better pitches mean a better chance to develop technique/skills
No - wouldn't make any real difference to development
Maybe - but I'd be worried about more injuries on firm pitches
